Payment, Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Deliveries within the Netherlands:

• Orders from € 0,- trough € 50,-, shipping costs are € 6,-;
• Orders more than € 50,-, shipping costs are € 0,- (free).

Note:
Shipment exceeding 10 kg may entail different costs.

Deliveries within the EU, but outside the Netherlands:

• Orders from € 0,- trough € 25,-, shipping costs are € 12,50;
• Orders from € 25,- trough € 50,-, shipping costs are € 9,50;
• Orders from € 50,- trough € 75,-, shipping costs are € 7,50;
• Orders from € 75,- trough € 100,-, shipping costs are € 5,50;
• Orders more than € 100,-, shipping costs are € 0,- (free).

Orders outside the EU:

Shipping costs depends on the destination.

Payment:

Payment is in advance, by means of the provided payment methods in our webshop environment or by bank transfer to bank account.

Within 14 days, stating the invoice number. See Article 13 of the Terms and Conditions.

Returns:

Only products in sealed packaging are taken back intact. The shipping costs are for the consumer's own account. See Articles 6 and further Terms and Conditions.
